Kelli is a compassionate, outgoing, and fearless Realtor®. Her warm personality, Midwestern values, and industry knowledge give her an edge to instantly gain her client's trust. Kelli has been building strong relationships in the Sarasota area for over 10 years, and prides herself on the highly successful real estate business she has built during this time.
After obtaining her degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Kelli moved to Chicago with her Series 6 and 63 Investment License and worked for JP Morgan Chase for several years in Lincoln Park. Cultivating and Nurturing private client relationships was her niche. In 2013, she moved to Sarasota as a partner in a real estate investment company. She attended the Fortune Builders Mastery Program and learned about Investing in the Real Estate market. Her passion for market analytics, industry knowledge, and self-development are what sets her apart from others. Her niche lies in working with Investors, and she is part of the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI). Kelli holds her certification as a negotiation expert (RENE) and investor/second home specialist (RSPS). Kelli is making her way into the global market and is working hard to earn her way up to becoming a highly successful luxury listing agent.
Kelli has spent her time in Sarasota and on Siesta Key networking, building her brand, and growing and studying the ever-changing Real Estate Market. Along with her love for real estate, Kelli is a multi-passionate person. Her love of life, and nature, positive attitude, and genuine love of people shine through immediately when working with her. She truly lives and breathes the paradise lifestyle. In her free time, she loves being outdoors; paddle-boarding, kayaking, biking, camping, playing softball, spending time with her dog, and exploring new restaurants and everything Sarasota has to offer. She loves live music, art, painting, writing, reading, and traveling as well.
